Gerald Young is a Full Professor of Psychology at York University’s Glendon College and a Fellow of APS and APA. He founded and served as Editor-in-Chief of Psychological Injury and Law (2008-2024) and has received lifetime achievement awards from APA and CPA. An author, keynote speaker, and Supreme Court expert witness, his most recent book is Handbook of Psychological Injury and Law (2025). His practice focuses on rehabilitation, family therapy, and disability assessment.
Dr. Shura, a board-certified neuropsychologist at Salisbury VA and MA-MIRECC, researches post-deployed veterans and trains psychology fellows. He directs the MA-MIRECC Neurocognition Lab and Neuropsychology Fellowship, assesses veterans with TBI, and serves as an assistant professor at Wake Forest. He also consults on disability claims in private practice.
Dr. Rilen, board-certified in forensic psychology (ABPP), conducts court-ordered evaluations in Minnesota and founded Streamline Forensics for forensic education. He serves on the Minnesota Board of Psychology and as AAFP’s social media coordinator. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with family and caring for pets.
Darin Challacombe, a psychologist and professor at Fort Hays State University since 2005, is Director of Talent Development at Verisma Systems and a former FBI intelligence professional. His research focuses on terrorism, radicalization, and personality. He also holds leadership roles with Fort Hays' IRB and AHIOS.
Dr. Allison Redlich, Distinguished University Professor and past AP-LS President, researches legal decision-making, focusing on vulnerable defendants, wrongful convictions, and guilty pleas. A prolific author and award-winning mentor, she has received funding from numerous agencies and co-authored a Wrightsman Award-winning book on the science of pleading guilty.
Dr. Stanley L. Brodsky, a clinical psychologist and forensic expert, served as Chief of Psychology at Fort Leavenworth and later coordinated the Psychology-Law program at the University of Alabama. An author of 17 books, he practices forensic psychology and trial consultation, earning multiple distinguished awards in psychology and law.
