    person or entity, or both, is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for any activities that
    occur under the Account. You further agree to notify the Company using

• NO GUARANTEE OF CREDITS. The Company makes no guarantee about the availability or
  receipt of continuing education credits. You are responsible for applying for those credits and
  ensuring that you meet all requirements to receive those credits.
